    Nylon conveyor belts are made by calendering, shaping, and vulcanizing nylon canvas. Their main features include thin body, high strength, impact resistance, good troughing properties, excellent flexibility, and long service life.

    Application Range

    Nylon conveyor belts are widely used in mines, coal yards, chemical plants, metallurgy, construction, and ports. They are suitable for conveying non-corrosive, non-sharp, blocky, granular, and powdery materials at normal temperatures, such as coal, coke, sand, gravel, and cement.

    In addition, nylon conveyor belts are also suitable for conveying various blocky, granular, and powdery loose materials with a bulk density of 6.5~2.5t/m³, as well as piece goods. Performance characteristics: The belt body is elastic, impact-resistant, and wear-resistant: The nylon conveyor belt has a thin body and high strength, capable of withstanding large loads and impact forces.

    Good flexibility, easy troughing: Its structure allows the conveyor belt to perform well when bent, suitable for various complex conveying lines.

    No mildew: It has good moisture resistance and corrosion resistance, and can work stably for a long time in humid environments.

    Adaptable to different usage conditions: It can be made into various structures such as edged, open-edged, center-cleated, and side-cleated types to meet different usage needs.

    Technical Standards

    The technical standards for nylon conveyor belts include:

    Tensile strength of the cover layer is not less than 15 MPa

    Elongation at break is not less than 350%

    Abrasion loss ≤ 200 mm³

    Interlaminar adhesion strength: Longitudinal sample average value between plies is not less than 4.5 N/mm, and between cover rubber and plies is not less than 3.2 N/mm

    Total thickness longitudinal elongation at break is not less than 10%, and total thickness longitudinal reference force elongation is not more than 4%.
