A circular conveyor belt refers to a flat conveyor belt that, after production, needs to be made into a circular conveyor belt due to environmental or conditional limitations. This involves vulcanizing a joint (also known as hot bonding) to create a circular conveyor belt.
Basic Information
The joint strength of its core can reach 90% of the strength of the main belt body. The belt surface shows no obvious joint defects; therefore, the circular conveyor belt offers balanced transport and minimal elongation during use. The core of the circular conveyor belt is made of high-quality all-cotton or cotton-viscose interwoven canvas, generally 2-8 layers, or nylon canvas (or polyester canvas) is used as the reinforcement layer. Our company can produce circular conveyor belts of suitable length, width, and thickness according to customer needs, including regular, heat-resistant (≤180℃), cold-resistant (no lower than -40℃), acid and alkali-resistant, high-temperature-resistant (no higher than 200℃) types.

1. Circular conveyor belts are divided into ordinary cotton canvas circular conveyor belts, high-strength circular conveyor belts, ordinary heat-resistant circular conveyor belts, and high-strength heat-resistant circular conveyor belts, etc.

Product Features
A circular conveyor belt is a conveyor belt produced without a joint. Its core has no joint, preventing early damage at the joint from affecting service life. The belt surface is smooth and the tension is even, resulting in stable operation and low elongation.
Circular conveyor belt, annular conveyor belt: A circular conveyor belt refers to a conveyor belt that is produced as a seamless circular belt. The joint strength of its core can reach 90% of the strength of the main belt body. The belt surface shows no obvious joint defects; therefore, the belt transport is balanced, and the elongation during use is small. The core of the circular conveyor belt is made of high-quality all-cotton or cotton-viscose interwoven canvas, generally 2-6 layers, or NN-200 type nylon canvas (or polyester canvas) is used as the reinforcement layer.

Joint Type
The structure and processing methods are roughly the same as those of ordinary conveyor belts. The joint does not use a mechanical joint but is vulcanized into a whole by heating and pressing, so it is also called a seamless conveyor belt.
There are three joint methods:
(1) Directly vulcanized into a circular belt;
(2) Leave a raw edge during vulcanization, and heat and press the joint part on-site according to requirements to vulcanize it;
(3) Use an adhesive to bond on-site. Because there is no mechanical joint, the operation is stable, suitable for material conveying in mineral processing, fertilizer, and other sectors.
