  • Product Introduction

Cold-resistant conveyor belts are conveyor belts that can operate normally in low-temperature environments. They are mainly used for material transportation in cold regions. According to their cold resistance performance and usage environment, cold-resistant conveyor belts can be divided into two levels: C1 and C2. The operating temperature of C1 level cold-resistant conveyor belts is -45℃ to +50℃, while that of C2 level is -60℃ to +50℃.

    Features

Cold-resistant conveyor belts have the following features:

Cold Resistance: Using lower crystallization rubber, it has high elasticity, impact resistance, and cold resistance, and can be used normally in environments from -60℃ to +50℃.

Material: Usually uses polyester canvas, nylon canvas, or cotton canvas as the core, and the cover rubber uses a combination of natural rubber and polybutadiene rubber to ensure that it does not harden or break easily at low temperatures.

Application Range: Widely used in open-air sites and cold storage in cold regions.

    Types and Specifications

Cold-resistant conveyor belts are divided into three types according to the performance of the cover rubber: crack-resistant (H), wear-resistant (D), and general-purpose (L) types.
