Product Features
1. This product is made of nylon canvas through calendering, molding, vulcanization and other processes.
2. This product adapts to the requirements of different usage conditions and can be made into different structures such as edge-trimmed, open-edged, middle ladder type, and side ladder type.
Nylon conveyor belts are suitable for conveying non-corrosive, non-spiky, blocky, granular, and powdery materials at room temperature, such as coal, coke, sand and gravel, cement and other loose materials or finished goods with a bulk density of 6.5~2.5t/m3. They can also be used for conveying finished goods.
Features
1. Good belt elasticity, impact resistance, and wear resistance.
2. Good flexibility, easy to form a trough.
3. No mildew.

Cover Layer: Tensile strength not less than 15Mpa, elongation at break not less than 350%, wear amount ≤200mm³
Interlaminar bonding strength: Longitudinal sample average value between layers not less than 4.5N/mm, between cover rubber and fabric layer not less than 3.2 N/mm
Total thickness longitudinal elongation at break not less than 10%, total thickness longitudinal reference force elongation rate not more than 4%
